For the first 8 years of my caregiving career, I was fierce about everyone but myself.


I’ve spent the last decade providing care for high-functioning individuals with spinal cord injuries.

And what I’ve found in this work, is that the more often I show up—eat clean food, meditate, sleep well—the better equipped I am to care for my clients and the less I feel on the brink of burnout.

The sad truth is, most caregivers put personal wellness last. Caregivers are carrying a load that they are not equipped to handle.


That’s why I’m on a mission to share with caregivers how to take impeccable care of themselves too so that they can thrive while having one of the most important jobs in the world.
