We dive deep into why clean eating is the foundation for your success. In our face-to-face group coaching calls, we dive into the ways in which sleep, exercise and healthy foods are pieces to the mandala of a wholesome and effective Self-Care Practice. By the end of the 21 day program, we birth a tailored to you, three tier Self-Care Practice that includes techniques for fierce care to the body, mind and soul.

By practicing self-care techniques that are tailored to your unique expression, we can cultivate life-changing habits, rise out of self-neglect and look and feel like we take good care of ourselves.

Together, we can pave the way for the caregivers of the future to meet the demands of our ever-growing patient population without perpetuating burnout culture.
